Ms. Rumley uses a variety of therapeutic interventions and approaches with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy. Ms. Rumley has gained knowledge providing services to young children, adolescents, adults, and families who may experience trauma, grief, anxiety, emotional dysregulation and behavioral issues. In addition to working with individuals, Ms. Rumley also conducts group sessions. Ms. Rumley’s latest group I Love Me More focuses on teaching teen girls to implement healthy boundaries, practice self-care, self-love and foster personal growth. In her spare time, Ms. Rumley loves to read, write, watch documentaries, meditate, and attend concerts. Ms. Rumley believes that all people can heal when the right tools are presented and
those tools are implemented into their personal lives.
